Hallo, ich würde gerne dieses JavaScript anpassen, dass es ausschließlich nur noch definierte Links anspricht und diese im Endeffekt etwa so <a href="beispiel.html" onmouseover="doRainbow(this); onmouseout= stopRainbow();">Beispiel</a>, oder ähnlich aussehen. Könnt ihr mir helfen?

Vom Prinzip her genau wie du es geschrieben hast. Das Script ist etwas alt und man müsste sich da genauer einarbeiten, um zu sagen wie es funktioniert. Problematisch ist auch, dass es nicht richtig abhängig vom HTML geschrieben ist, so dass man es schlecht umbiegen kann.
 
Ist eine Anpassung in diesem Fall möglich?

Kennt jemand ein alternatives JavaScript um diesen Effekt zu erzielen?
