W3C - Probleme mit dem Zeichen &

ich habe mal eine Frage.

Wenn ich meine Site validiere und auf W3C Standard überprüfe, bekomme ich folgenden Error:

Es müsste aber schon das & verwendet werden.

Jemand ne Idee? :)
