Formular/ Select IE + Firefox

Hallo,

mein Formular sieht im IE gut aus. Ich habe heute mit Firefox getestet.

Doch dort ist mein select object
1) Kleiner
2) Farbe und Schrift stimmen nicht :roll:

Kann mir jemand helfen?
