Hallo bin neu hier im Forum und hab ein kleines problem bei der index erstellung. kenn mich nicht wirklich aus und versuche schon seit stunden meine vorlage in die mitte zu bekommen.
ich füg einfach mal meinen code ein, ich hoffe ihr sagt mir dann wo ich was machen muss oder einfügen muss damit alles automatisch in der mitte ist. danke im vorraus.

wenn ich das bei mir änder passiert aber irgendwie nix. hab das bei div über dem table geändert. muss ich sonst noch wo was ändern?

Funktioniert nicht ? Jetzt muß ich mal nachfragen. Meinst du horizontale Ausrichtung oder vertikale ?

Dann gehört noch einiges mehr dazu.
Setze den div auf margin: 50% auto;
und die Tabelle dann auf margin-top: -170px;

wenn ich das richtig sehe ist das der teil der geändert werden muss, dies hab ich auch getan aber da tut sich nicht viel. die seite war auf einmal viel weiter unten.
wär nett wenn du mir das in meinen quellcode eintragen würdest, wenn nicht auch nicht schlimm dann muss ich es halt mit leerzeichen machen wenn ich zu unfähig bin. danke

Das erste <tr> darf nur einmal erscheinen, und das zweite <tr> kommt hinterm </tr>

Und unbeding ein DOCTYPE hinzufügen.

Leider habe ich jetzt keine Zeit mehr, werde mich evtl. später nochmal melden.

Edit: Bevor ich abhaue, habe ich noch ein blöden fehler Korrigiert. Auch bei Table muß auto bei margin rein.

Also mit dem Feher hat er funktioniert. ;Jump
Ich arbeite grad mit dem Feher weiter und wenn ich den index fertig hab stell ich ihn nochmal ein.

Ja, im IE geht´s. Aber im FF ab Version 2 geht es meines wissens nicht. Wenn doch, hab ich es falsch in Erinnerung.

du hast recht, funzt nur im IE. aber wenn ich das änder was du geschrieben hast dann gehts im ie nicht mehr. also was tun?
ich stell noch mal meinen aktuellen index hoch, wäre nett wenn ihr mir sagt was ich vllt noch für fehler hab. ist nähmlich nur ein alter index abgeändert von einer meiner alten seiten.

Also bei mir klappt es mit dem IE6 und FF2. Wie es allerdings mit dem IE7 aussieht, kann ich nicht sagen.
Hier nochmal der geänderte Code - (Änderung in rot). Dank BcF habe ich nun die position:absolute gewählt. Was ein besseres Ergebnis bring.

Edit: Position Absolute mit reingebracht. Vorher gab es bei unterschiedlichen Auflösungen Probleme. (Dank an BcF). Ps.: Ich arbeite gerade an einem Projekt, in der ich das gleiche Problem hatte.
