Vserver geht ständig in die Knie

Ich habe auf einem Vserver von Pretago (640MB Ram garantiert [go vs two]) folgende Dinge am laufen:

sc_trans_linux (Shoutcast Playliste für Linux) CPU-Verbrauch ca. 10 % Mem 0,1%
sc_serv (Shoutcast Server) CPU: 2-5% Mem: 0,0 - 0,1%
lighttpd CPU: 0% allerdings die php5-cgi Prozesse teilweise 0% teilweise aber auch 16%; Mem 0,0%
postfix CPU: 0% Mem: 0,0%
sendmail: CPU 0% Mem: 0,0%
ausserdem sshd und vsftpd auch beides 0%

Insgesamt ca. 50 Prozesse am laufen

Allerdings besteht folgendes Problem:
Der Aufbau der Website ist oft sehr langsam. In den Abendstunden reagiert sie oft garnicht mehr oder gibt nen 500er Fehler aus bis sie neugestartet wird.

CPU steht meistens auf 17 - 18 % allerdings wenn die Website hängt meistens auf 99%
RAM wird nur ca. 50 MB benutzt.
Festplatte ist auch nur zu 14% voll.

Ich weiss nicht woher diese plötzlichen Anfälle des Server kommen.
Wäre nett wenn jemand mir auf die Sprünge helfen könnte.

Wenn weiter Informationen benötigt werden einfach fragen.

EDIT: Der error.log von lighttpd sagt zu dem letztn Ausfall heute Nacht:
